Physically perfect. Shes still learning English so a barrier exist. Despite this its pretty obvious shes mindful and intelligent. 

Extremely committed to getting you off. She takes her job very seriously. Yet the transactional bits were handled in a way that I hardly noticed them. 

Basement flat. Comfortable, low key, well kept.
